Kin-to-Kin   –  GENERAL POLICY, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) GENERAL STUDENT/CLIENT POLICIES

This document outlines policies that apply to all visiting guests, students, current users, and clients of Kin-to-Kin . It contains information pertaining to all online and in person programs (including community online events, classes, workshops, series, intensives, retreats,  training and personal counselling) hosted by Kin-to-Kin.

Please read and review this carefully prior to registering. Registration for any Kin-to-Kin program or counselling signifies that you have understood and accepted these terms.

A Further Note: While Kin-to-Kin reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice, all changes are immediately posted on our website. Please check the website for all current data and to keep yourself informed.

Information on registration and payment options, cancellation and rescheduling, and other important considerations is found below. While these policies apply generally to all programs, participants are further referred to individual course descriptions for specific instructions regarding any particular program.

Updating Your Email Subscription Preferences: If at any time you wish to change your preferences or be removed from our subscription lists, click the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of each email or marketing communication.

1) STUDENT AGREEMENT & CONDUCT POLICIES

I understand that my contact information is kept in a secure manner and, upon completion of my studies with Kin-to-Kin, I may unsubscribe at any time.

I understand and agree that all materials shared with me through emai, video or print material such as pdfs and notes are for my own personal use only, and I agree not to share the material with others and to fully respect the individual and personal nature of the content.

I agree to respect the confidentiality of all other students, clients and community members, and I will not share their personal processes outside of the program, series, class or workshop.

2) PROGRAM ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS

I understand that there are no refunds for any online or live-streaming program.

I have agreed to the Terms and Conditions and made a commitment to the complete program and payment of the full tuition. I will fulfil the payment plan which I agreed to at the time of enrolment until the final amount is paid in full.

Should I, at any time, need to place my payment plan on hold or require financial assistance due to unforeseen circumstances, I will contact Kin-to-Kin to reevaluate my plan. I am aware that this may result in a temporary suspension from the program and will be reactivated upon the commencement of my payments.

I agree to provide a credit card for the payment of my financial plan and understand the information is hosted in a secure web portal and, once entered, the information is hidden for maximum security.

3) AGREEING TO THE TERMS: I have carefully read the Registration Terms and Conditions and the Client Policies which, along with the Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, and Indemnity Agreement, I understand and agree to be bound thereby.

Kin-to-Kin. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If such revision makes a material difference (a judgement at our sole discretion), we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to its taking effect.

By continuing to access our program offerings after such revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, you are asked to stop using the website and the service.
